We are a Long Island NY based, Trinidadian catering service and pop up market vendor.

We provide catering of Trinidadian staples to Long Island, the Greater NYC area and beyond. We currently only operate as a Catering service and appear in pop up markets. We do not provide food in the retail space or for individual sales…yet. Stay tuned!
