    We brought a taste of Trinidad to the House of Angostura Cocktail Experience in Lower Manhattan! Mango-Pineapple chow was on deck along with our signature curry shrimp wontons and pholourie. Crowd pleasers all around!

    The She Did That X Madamnoire Queens of Food and Beverage Scene event left no rock unturned! We were privileged to be invited to participate as a restaurant partner among some of the Heavy weights in the NY/NJ culinary scene. Folks came out in full force to celebrate and highlight the achievements of Women entrepreneurs in the food space. There were expert panel discussions, high energy and a wonderful vibe and we got to showcase our Trini food to the masses!

    Smorgasburg Prospect Park Bklyn '24

    Trini Bites, a Long Island local pop up and catering service, made it to a Highly coveted vendor position in Smorgasburg Prospect Park Brooklyn, Class of 2024! We were so honored to participate, especially as the First and Only Doubles vendor in Smorgasburg, under our concept “Double(s) or Nothin’ by Trini Bites. Every Sunday, we made our way in from Long Island to Prospect Park Brooklyn to serve up fresh, on the spot, Doubles, Trinidad’s premiere street food, inclusive of all toppings!

    Had the esteemed honor of being an Exhibitor on Calabash Row, at the first-of-its kind, Black-owned culinary conference. Black and brown food and beverage owners descended upon this conference bringing their amazing delicacies to the forefront. It was a potluck of education, networking, relationship building and so much more! Truly Blessed to be participate in this groundbreaking event and look forward to the next

    It’s always a celebration of flavor and culture when we pull up to the schools! Often the highlight of our year of events. These gatherings highlight the rich diversity of culinary traditions, showcasing a variety of delicious Trini treats! Faculty and students are invited to explore and interact with the different food options that promote diversity and drive cultural appreciation.
